We are actively involved in the EU4DUAL European University Alliance, where the basic aim is to develop work-oriented higher education. Within the alliance network, we develop work-oriented Joint Dual Masters, micro credentials and Industrial PhD doctoral training, as well as international RDI cooperation. Savonia's work-oriented higher education model (Dual 2.0) supports international students' networking with employers in the region. The demands of working life are present in the development of training programmes and curricula reform.
