ASM is an expert in socio-economic research, market and business research and analysis. We support projects in delivering a thorough understanding of the society/customer/end-user, and market via wide range of qualitative and quantitative as well as neuromarketing techniques and analysis. We have expertise in: stakeholders’ / end users' needs, motivations, preferences, behavioural patterns, attitudes, awareness; stakeholder matrix analysis and engagement roadmaps; designing a user-centric and co-creation approach; social impact analysis, ensuring social sustainability; assessment of social enabling conditions that can accelerate market uptake including social acceptance; Social Life Cycle Assessment; Social and Market Readiness Level; testing and evaluating solutions (IT tools and platforms, apps) with users via Eye-Tracking and Face-Tracking in our Neuromarketing Lab (and on-line) to ensure all the UX principles are included in the design. Apart from SSH related research, we specialize in evaluating market demand for the project’s tools, identifying promising countries or regions for exploitation and replication, and analyzing current market trends and conditions. These insights feed into the development of robust exploitation strategies and business plans. We also can take responsibility for a range of activities including website and social media management, event organization, networking with sister projects, and the design of promotional materials. To further enhance the effectiveness of communication materials, we apply neuromarketing techniques such as eye-tracking and face-tracking. These tools help us understand how different target groups perceive and emotionally respond to content, allowing us to optimize materials for impact and engagement. Since 2002 we actively participate in European Commission research and innovation projects - in total, we have participated in over 52 EC funded international projects and have been coordinator of 11 of them.
