Thomas Öström is an Industry Expert at Sting. He is also a CO-Founder & CEO of Swedish based Nordbex. In addition, Thomas is a CO-Founder & Board member of UK based Landmark Power Holdings and CO-Founder & Board member of Swedish Listed climate tech company Climeon, Thomas has received a Honorary PhD in technology and was awarded Swede of the year in innovation.

Markus Norström is the Vice President of Energy and Bioeconomy at RISE (Research Institutes of Sweden). With extensive experience in supporting both large and small companies in technical innovation and business development. He also has experience in R&I from his time at Vattenfall. Markus is the founder of Elevated Launch AB.

Eloisa de Castro is CEO and co-founder of Enerpoly, a Swedish battery technology company pioneering zinc-ion batteries for clean energy. Before joining Enerpoly, she was Director of Market Operations at Modern Energy. Eloisa has over a decade of experience leading engineering, product development, and operations in the aerospace and energy industries. She earned a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and MBA from INSEAD

Jacob Stedman is CEO of Blykalla, the Swedish deep-tech startup that designs and markets innovative small modular nuclear reactors (SMRs). He is an entrepreneur and business leader with 20 years of experience, who has founded and led several start-ups and scale-ups, most recently as co-founder and CEO of the Nordic SaaS leader Platform24. Jacob also spent 6 years with consultancy McKinsey & Co.

Erik Olsson joined the thin-film solar company Midsummer in 2022. Erik has over two decades of experience in technology leadership and entrepreneurship in the energy industries. He' been the Strategy Manager at Tekniska verken. Erik has been in in the Solar industry since 2006 when joining the Swedish Energy Agency as a Program Manager and thereafter was the Commercial Director at the advanced material company Sol Voltaics.
