About
I recently completed my PhD at KU Leuven & The University of Melbourne, focusing on the development of a digital twin for the new Coastal & Ocean Basin (COB) in Ostend, Belgium. This digital twin accurately replicates wave evolution within the experimental basin, accounting for challenges like limited wavemaker span, two-sided wave generation, wave breaking, and wave-current interaction. I also have experience in modelling wave-structure interactions, both numerically and experimentally, combining theoretical insights with practical applications.
