After a short teaser to set the stage, we will address your questions in a "Lean Coffee" session. Possible questions could be: How can I use risk management to structure my project or the implementation plan of my startup? How do I perform lean and useful risk management? How to handle different risk classes? Can I use risk management to my advantage in discussions with investors?

Andreas Stucki is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Solcept AG, an engineering boutique specializing in product development, also for critical systems. Solcept has been using risk management for the company and in all development projects for 22 years now.
