In this session, the participants will gain an overview of the diverse financing forms in a company's life cycle. In addition, participants will gain further insights into the fundraising process itself:

• its relevance

• how to prepare for it,

• what to pay attention to,

• which success factors play a relevant role,

• what to avoid,

• and which documents are relevant to the process.


• Special consideration will be paid to the expectations of investors.
