Nicole is the CTO of the ETH spin-off sallea AG, which she co-founded based on the technology developed during her PhD. With sallea, Nicole and her team are working on cultivated meat to make the next generation of animal-derived proteins available for everyone.
Sarah Harbarth, CEO of KUORI
I'm the CEO of KUORI, a cleantech startup we turn food by-products into circular materials to fight microplastic pollution and reshape the future of plastics.
KUORI was awarded the Renewable Material of the Year 2023 and is supported by the EU’s Horizon program and the migros pioneer fund. In 2024, I joined the UBS Project Female Founder program and was featured on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. I am building high-performance teams, lead fundraising and marketing, and deliver keynotes to audiences of 800+.
