About me
As the HubSpot Service Lead at SalesPlaybook, I help companies achieve sustainable sales optimizations with CRM systems—without trial & error. I still use HubSpot as my daily CRM system and actively implement solutions with the team.
Over the past years, I have spent more time as a user and administrator working with Pipedrive, Salesforce, and HubSpot—implementing and optimizing these systems—than most people in B2B sales in the DACH region. (Plus, extensive experience with various B2B sales tools.)
I started as a working student making over 100 cold calls per day while using Salesforce as my CRM system. This was followed by a field sales role and my development into a Sales Operations Manager.
In the past two years at SalesPlaybook, I have built the HubSpot Services team and, together with my team, achieved HubSpot Platinum Partner status in under 18 months.
