We serve three sides of the mobility market through a single connected ecosystem we call the Triangle: Tonnie Journey, a web portal where talents plan and track their entire relocation; Tonnie Citizen, a mobile companion app for day-to-day support, microlearning, and document capture; and Tonnie Business, a B2B cockpit that gives employers visibility into candidate readiness and post-arrival integration outcomes. These are powered by Tonnie Brain, our proprietary AI layer.
At the core of our technology is MESH, a readiness-assessment framework measuring Motivation, English/language, Soft skills, and Hard skills, which produces an IQulture score that benchmarks how prepared a person is to live and work in a new country. Around this we have built five capabilities — readiness assessment (CheckUp), a relocation operating system covering legal, travel, and setup tasks (TelePortal), cultural-adaptation microlearning (QultureUp), post-arrival wellbeing and retention (Care), and a verifiable record of the entire journey (Passport) — all surfaced through an AI companion, CoPilot.
Tonnie focuses on high-skill and skilled-trade professionals (IT specialists, engineers, doctors, nurses, electricians) moving along high-demand corridors such as Brazil to Portugal, Italy, and Spain. We monetize through a combination of consumer subscriptions, B2B seats and program fees, company- and government-sponsored journeys, and value-added human services — giving us multiple, complementary revenue streams across individuals, employers, and public institutions.
