Eloïse Waserman

As an startup manager at Descartes Développement & Innovation, I specialise in supporting tech and deeptech startups. My role is to help them grow at every stage of their development, going beyond coaching alone:

• One-to-one support: regular meetings with founders to structure their project, set priorities and overcome obstacles.

• Workshop programme: organising group sessions led by experts from the field, on topics such as strategy, business models, intellectual property and pitching.

• Networking: connecting startups with industrial, academic and commercial partners, as well as with experts and investors.

• Funding: helping founders prepare funding applications (grants, honour loans, calls for projects, Bpifrance, etc.).

I trained as a biotechnology engineer and then specialised in deeptech entrepreneurship and innovation at Mines Paris – PSL. This dual background lets me understand the scientific and technical challenges of each project while also supporting its business side.
