Novadays is a public policy and public management company that works with all national and international governments in advising on the entire public policy cycle. Since our inception, we have worked with local authorities in the design of the public policies -needs studies, analysis and consensus of alternatives, intervention logic model designs-, in strategic planning -for example developing mobility plans, strategic plans, city strategies-, in the implementation of public policies, through technical offices -right now we have several technical offices for the management of Next Generation funds- and of course, the evaluation of public policies -for example we have done the evaluation of municipal public services, such as telecare, R&D programmes, evaluation of mobility policies, etc.).
