Spanish National Police. Synergies between Innovation and Internal Security Fund

Action of financing through the Promoting Innovation Line of the Ministry of Science and Innnovation of the Spanish Government

This action is part of the Strategic Initiative of Public Innovation Procurement. During the event and meetings, a designated commission from the Spanish National Police will obtain information about the products, services, and solutions that might be presented by the target audience of the call. Among the key areas for the provided solutions are the following: telecommunication, information technology, services and tools, public space protection, and technological disruption for guaranteeing rights and liberties.

Next steps Digitalization and Technology Action (Spanish National Police initiative)

Although the Preliminary Market Consultation deadline was the 25th of November, this consultation is a non-binding process, so that companies can still submit their innovative solutions to develop a Digitalization and Technology action.

Support will be provided by the Spanish National Forensic Police and the National Police Research and Innovation Service until the tender document is officially published.

All the annexes and the entire process are described in the "Call for Proposals document" you may download at the bottom of this page. The proposals that best supply the call will be selected by the end after a competitive process made by a designated expert commission from the Spanish National Police. Funding

The Ministry proposal has 140 million euros to distribute among the selected projects.

Projects

75 projects will be selected by the end of the entire selecting process which will be made by a designated comission from the Spanish National Police.

Target Audience

All the organisations from the call description are elegible, as long as their project has Technological Readiness Level of 3 to 4.

Technical Details

Proposals must be submitted following the procedure both in Spanish and English.

Challenge 4 - Disruptive technologies for the civil rights protection
