I help industrial, manufacturing, and service-heavy businesses identify where AI can create real business value, and turn that insight into practical, high-ROI transformation programs.

Through my consultancy, I deliver three core outcomes:

After 25 years in engineering, aftermarket, and service leadership, I founded my consultancy to bridge the gap between AI ambition and operational reality. Many organizations sense the potential of AI but struggle to define where to start, what’s worth doing, and how to build momentum without over-engineering the process. My approach is intentionally pragmatic: start with the business problem, not the technology.
