About

Coher Sense developed and produces the KISA Sensors, a miniaturized polarimetric optical interferometer that characterizes power, wavelength (and bandwidth) - simultaneously, on one screen, in one tiny device.  Our patented KISA technology makes laser measurement easy and accessible.

Designed for both lab use and system integration, our sensors enable new markets where traditional solutions are too bulky, power-consuming, or expensive. Industries such as manufacturing, biomedical applications, telecommunications, and aerospace can now access real-time, precise laser characterization without the cost and complexity of traditional tools. Our sensor also contributes to sustainability—its low power consumption reduces energy demand, and its compact design minimizes material waste.

Our customers choose KISA sensors for their simplicity, precision and reliability.

Researchers at several German universities, Fraunhofer Institutes, DLR and CERN already trust us, as do industrial leaders like major laser companies.
