Established in 2006, Changelight boasts over 15 years of specialized expertise in GaAs solar cell technology. Our state-of-the-art facilities operate 60 sets of GaAs MOCVD equipment and 80 sets of GaN MOCVD systems, enabling us to manage the entire production chain—from epitaxial wafer fabrication and cell chip processing to CIC (Cell Interconnect Coverglass) assembly. To date, we have successfully delivered more than 1.2 million GaAs solar cell units, underscoring our commitment to reliability and scalability in the aerospace sector.
