The VA42630 is the most integrated RT solution on the market today. Including a fully integrated non-volatile memory (NVM), the VA42630 provides the highest functional density for space-based applications. Designed to target commercial space applications, and enhanced with design techniques for SER reduction, it is 100% pin and SW compatible with rad hard VA41630. Manufactured with same mask st of VA41630, but without implementing HardSil technology, is a cost-effective solution targeting TID>30 krad (Si) and SEL immune to LET>60 MeVcm2/mg. The introduction of the VA426x0 radiation-tolerant devices completes the VA4 family, enabling a unified design approach that serves any customer and any orbit: from LEO to GEO, up to the DLA-certified VA41630 (5962R24203).
