About
Proxima OS: The Operating System for the On-Orbit Persistence Economy
Proxima OS, developed by Space scAvengers, is the foundational software platform built to enable the €28B+ "On-Orbit Persistence Economy."
The Problem we solve: The future of space involves fleets of spacecraft from different companies collaborating on complex tasks (servicing, refueling, assembly). This market is currently stalled by outdated development and operations:
-
High-Risk and slow: Testing (V&V) for collaborative, autonomous software is a slow (consuming >70% of dev time), expensive, and high-risk bottleneck.
-
No interoperability: There is no "common language" or "Operating System" that allows autonomous spacecraft from different vendors (e.g., a servicer and a client) to coordinate safely.
-
"Stranded assets": Valuable satellites are stuck with launch-day software because in-orbit upgrades are considered too dangerous.
Our Solution: A "Flight Simulator" and "Operating System" in One Proxima moves beyond simple "Digital Twins" (which are just passive mirrors) by providing an active, intelligent training and operations framework.
-
NextGen Twin: Our core innovation. An intelligent "flight simulator" or "stunt double" for your spacecraft. It allows you to safely test, train, and validate advanced AI and collaborative software before launch, cutting V&V time from months to weeks.
-
Hybrid Loop: Our proprietary framework that connects your real satellite in orbit to its NextGen Twin on the ground. This enables you to safely test and deploy in-orbit software upgrades, just like updating your phone, unlocking the value of "stranded assets."
-
Proxima OS Platform: The complete system, including the REM (a shared, high-fidelity simulation world co-developed with Telespazio) and the Agent Runtime (the "universal plug" that lets any spacecraft speak the Proxima language).
Our traction and credibility: We are not just an idea; we are deeply embedded in the European ecosystem.
-
Market Definers (ESA Prime): We were the Prime Contractor for ESA's "InSPoC-3" study, where we wrote the blueprint for the multi-agent system (MAS) architecture that will shape future European standards.
-
Commercial Validation (RAVEN): We have a paid engagement to deliver our Proxima Agent Runtime for the flagship European RAVEN mission (with PIAP Space).
-
Strategic Partnership (Telespazio): We have a co-development partnership and 2 Letters of Intent (LoIs) with Telespazio to accelerate R&D and provide a direct sales channel into the defense market.
-
Early Revenue: We are already delivering paid End-of-Life (EoL) simulation reports (via our Satlytica/OrbitDynamiX engine) for satellite clients.
-
Ecosystem Trust: Our proposal consortiums include major players like Astroscale France and Made In Space Europe, who have validated our technical approach.
The Investment Opportunity:
We are raising a €750,0OPEN_BRACKET000 Seed Round for an aggressive 18-month sprint.
This capital is not for survival; it's for velocity. It funds the hiring of a dedicated Senior Sales Lead and an additional developer to execute a parallel GTM strategy:
-
"Land the Whales": Use our network (Astroscale, Primes) to sell high-value (€50k-€200k) NextGen Twin services.
-
"Capture the Long-Tail": Launch our Satlytica (TRL 7) product as a low-cost SaaS.
This plan achieves a €1.5M revenue run-rate in Year 2 and scales to €35M in Year 5, at which point a 10x exit multiple (standard for strategic, high-growth SaaS) delivers a €350M exit valuation.
Based on a €3.5M pre-money valuation, this plan delivers a >50x return for our seed investors.
We are seeking deep-tech VCs and strategic partners who want to fund the foundational, high-margin software layer of the new space economy.
