C3S EPS-2000

EPS 2000 is a flexible, scalable, and modular power supply unit designed to meet the needs of missions ranging from 12U CubeSats to SmallSats weighing several hundred kilograms—all in a cost-effective manner.

The EPS 2000 is not only reliable and robust but also fully compliant with the latest space debris mitigation standards. It features up to 20 Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) channels, a battery pack, which is scalable up to 2 kWh, supports up to 2 kW of solar input and up to 200 LCL output channels. By combining state-ofthe-art Gallium-Nitride (GaN) and flight-proven silicon-based semiconductors, the system achieves

great energy efficiency across its full operational range, while minimizing mass and volume. The primary (solar array) bus voltage ranges from 6 to 70 V, the outputs are 28 V unregulated buses, accommodating diverse mission requirements. Moreover, the EPS 2000 incorporates hardware and software redundancy, single-point failure tolerance, and graceful degradation capabilities, providing reliable and sustainable operation even in demanding space environments.
