Building Europe’s Sovereign Robotics Prime for Embodied AI

Si Robotics is building Europe’s sovereign robotics prime for Embodied AI in human-denied environments and dangerous physical work.

Our first product is an attritable semi-humanoid: a human-scale, mission-configurable robotic worker for physical work that is too hazardous for humans. It is human-supervised, useful before general-purpose autonomy is solved, and modular across payloads, mobility, tools and mission software.

Our solution is the physical execution layer for Embodied AI.

We develop full-stack actuation, including BLDC systems, winding, balancing and assembly, together with force-aware manipulation for contact-rich work with human-compatible force control. Our strategy is to deploy before autonomy: deliver useful field capability under human supervision first, while AI partners build perception, planning and task intelligence on top of the platform.

Defence is our primary entry market. Critical missions still depend on humans for hazardous physical work including forward logistics, loading and unloading, hazardous manipulation, engineering, recovery support, IED and demining operations and casualty evacuation.

The same physical execution stack can expand into energy, chemical, mining, nuclear and shipyard environments, where humans cannot safely, continuously or economically operate.

Our go-to-market starts with direct engagement with military users for validation, followed by scaling through European defence primes, integrators and programme partners. The commercial path is military requirements, representative validation, paid defence pilot deployments, integration programmes, low-rate initial production and ultimately scaled deployments.

Si Robotics already has €220k+ contracted in 2026, €2M+ projected in 2027, a €30M+ active pipeline, two complete prototypes and eight in-house engineers. We are in capability discussions and collaboration development with defence primes and military end-users.

Our intended white space is the intersection of human-scale manipulation, force-aware actuation, human-supervised deployment and European production.
