About
CONDOR Mk3 is an Optical Communications Terminal (OCT) purpose-built to address the growing need of high-bandwidth, secure, license-free and cost-efficient satellite communications for next-generation constellations. The versatile terminal enables intra-plane and cross-plane inter-satellite connectivity in low Earth orbit (LEO) for various applications. Due to its hyper-hemispherical field of regard, CONDOR Mk3 can be also used for Space to Ground and Multi-orbit OISL connectivity.
CONDOR Mk3.1 is an evolution of Mk3 for improved serial manufacturability.
CONDOR Mk3.x OCTs are SDA-compliant and intended to be ESTOL compliant.
To date over 300 OCTs have been produced with 42 already launched on SDA Tranche-1 Transport Layer first launch
