About
In our vacuum chambers of various geometries, test sample can not only be thermally cycled between -263°C (10 K) and 500°C in a high vacuum (down to 10-6 mbar), but also mechanical loads can be applied and electrical properties determined.
The tests are not only limited to materials, but also entire subsystem can be integrated into our vacuum chambers. Functional performance and condition monitoring are also part of our test repertoire. With cold traps, MOC and PAC samples outgassing products can be collected and analysed.
It is also possible to integrate our vacuum chambers in our universal testing machine to determine mechanical properties in a high vacuum and temperatures between -269°C (4 K) and 500°C.
