Aluminum & steel grades (incl. aerospace alloys), titanium, engineering plastics (ABS, POM, PA12 incl. GB30), elastomers, and composites...

Tolerances & surface finish

• Typical: ±0.01–0.02 mm for fast-turn CNC

• High precision: up to ±0.005 mm (5 μm) on critical features, subject to geometry/material/length and fixturing; confirmed on the approved drawing before launch

• Flatness/Parallelism: to 0.01 mm typical (tighter on request)

• Surface finish: Ra 0.8 μm standard; finer available via grinding/honing/lapping

• GD&T: ISO 1101 / ASME Y14.5 compliance

Metrology & validation
CMM inspection in a climate-controlled room (20 ± 1 °C) with tactile/optical probing and roughness measurement. Full FAI/PPAP, CMM reports, capability studies (Cp/Cpk ≥ 1.33 on key characteristics upon request).

Quality & compliance
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, EN 9100 (AS9100). Certificates of Conformity and material certs provided.

Lead times & volumes
Rapid prototypes in days; bridge tooling & small series from 1 to 10,000+ parts, with consistent global logistics.
