GNSS-resistance for maritime vessels
Founder at AETHER
Oslo, Norway
About
We think the best defence against GNSS-attacks for maritime vessels would be the following setup:
-
Hardware solutions to protect and amplify the incoming GNSS. Possibly in combination with digital signal recovery solutions.
-
Low-precision / long time-duration positioning to use in foreign waters and in cases where the vessel to not want to emit rf-signals.
-
High-precision / low time-duration positioning to use near ports and in fjords (collision avoidance by IR/lidar/camera, eLoran etc)
We are an actor in the #2 category , and we would like to meet actors that develop complementary solutions.
