EMI/EMC Test as a Service

Our state-of-the-art EMC testing facility offers comprehensive services using Frankonia's versatile SAC-3 Plus chamber. This full-compliant EMC testing solution features a 3m measuring distance with a Quiet Zone up to 2m, adapted for both emission and immunity testing. The innovative dome-designed roof with an optimized absorber layout minimizes reflections, ensuring outstanding performance for NSA, SVSWR, and FU.

The test facility supports EMI/EMC measurements and provides EMI/EMC evaluation of subsystems as per Military standards. We perform major tests including:

Conducted Emission: CE101 (30 Hz to 10 KHz, Power leads), CE102 (10 KHz to 10 MHz, Power leads)
Conducted Susceptibility: CS101 (30 Hz to 150 KHz, Power leads), CS106 (30 Hz to 20 GHz, Transients, Power leads), CS109 (60 Hz to 100 KHz, Structure Current), CS114 (4 KHz to 400 MHz, Bulk Cable Injection), CS115 (Impulse Excitation with 30ns pulse width, Bulk Cable Injection), CS116 (10 KHz to 100 MHz, Damped Sinusoidal Transients)

Our anechoic chamber measures 9.6m (length) x 6.8m (width) x 6m (height). It offers shielding effectiveness measurements up to 26.5 GHz, with chamber shielding effectiveness better than 100 dB, and a chamber frequency range of 10 KHz to 40 GHz. We also provide antenna radiation pattern measurements within the frequency range of 1 GHz to 18 GHz.
