Drag sail for launchers stages and satellites

BULL is developing a device that autonomously prevents the generation of space debris from satellites and other spacecraft. This device, called PMD (Post Mission Disposal), when pre-installed on spacecraft, deploys after its operation ends.

Using atmospheric drag and electromagnetic forces as braking forces, it slows down the spacecraft, significantly shortening its orbital lifetime and preventing the creation of space debris in the future.
