With regulatory tailwinds (EU 1224/2009, US SIMP, MSC) and market validation from leading retailers demanding traceability, Pontos is seizing a first-mover advantage in a largely under-digitized sector. Nexus will offer not only transparency and dynamic pricing based on sustainability metrics, but also promotes circularity by showcasing premium products crafted from intercepted and upcycled marine debris.

We are seeking €1.6M (including €800k in equity) to scale our engineering and product development, expand sales & marketing, and accelerate international market development. The investment will fuel the launch of Nexus in Q3 2025, enable onboarding of 250+ vessels by 2027, and drive our dual revenue model: SaaS (Prisma) and transaction-based marketplace (Nexus).

With proven product-market fit, strong early traction, and a proprietary eco-evolutionary simulation engine, Pontos is positioned to lead the transition to a sustainable, circular, and profitable ocean economy.
