Biomix Mixer Technologies is a deep-tech startup developing next-generation mixer technologies for wastewater treatment and biogas plants. Our solutions combine CFD/HPC-based hydrodynamic design, energy-efficient propellers, direct-drive mixer architecture, field validation, and digital process monitoring.

Mixing is a critical but energy-intensive process in wastewater and biogas operations. Inefficient mixers can lead to high electricity consumption, poor circulation, sedimentation, heterogeneous mixing, mechanical failures, and limited visibility over equipment and process performance. Biomix addresses these challenges by designing application-specific mixer systems that improve thrust-to-power performance, reduce mechanical complexity, and help operators track energy and process data more effectively.

Our product portfolio includes high-efficiency replacement propellers, direct-drive mixer systems, and a process monitoring system for energy consumption tracking, data analysis, reporting, and early warning capabilities. Depending on the application and operating conditions, Biomix solutions can deliver significant energy savings while improving reliability and operational control.

Biomix works with municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants, organized industrial zones, biogas plants, and agricultural facilities. The company has already validated its technology through field applications and pilot projects in real operating environments and is now scaling through direct equipment sales, retrofit projects, monitoring subscriptions, and strategic partnerships.

For digital and AI collaboration, Biomix is particularly interested in developing digital twin capabilities for wastewater and biogas mixing systems. By combining real-time equipment data, energy consumption trends, process parameters, CFD-based models, and field performance data, we aim to create virtual representations of mixing operations that can support performance benchmarking, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, scenario analysis, and AI-supported operational recommendations. Our goal is to build intelligent, data-driven and digital-twin-enabled mixing systems that make critical environmental infrastructure more efficient, reliable, and sustainable.
