ArrowSys s.r.o. is a Czech software and systems company based in Tábor, with more than two decades of experience in POS, fiscal and retail-management software. Under its CONTIO brand, the company develops and delivers a complete solution for unmanned and hybrid 24/7 stores, combining IoT hardware, access-control technology, self-service payment kiosks, a consumer mobile app and a cloud back-office.

CONTIO allows a retailer to keep a store open around the clock without staff on site. Verified customers enter through an app-controlled door or turnstile, scan and pay at a self-service kiosk, and receive an electronic receipt. Identity verification runs through the mobile app, a loyalty/membership card or a national identity scheme, fully in line with GDPR, with anonymisation of verified data.

The system can be deployed in three ways: as an after-hours "hybrid" extension of an existing staffed store, as a full conversion of an existing retail unit, or as a turnkey modular/container store for locations with no shop at all. ⚠ More than 100 stores are in operation across Central Europe and Germany, with operators reporting up to EUR 1,000 in monthly operating savings and roughly 12 additional trading hours per day.
