QX

QX is building managed AI for cities and their cultural institutions: one governed system across city operations, culture and heritage, with full data sovereignty.

A city’s AI ends up in many places: operations and services data, its museums, its archives and heritage collections. QX brings all of it under one management layer. Models can run on the city’s own servers, in its own cloud, or through an outside provider. The city sets who can use which model and what data each one can see, and every exchange is recorded. That record belongs to the city, not to us, and the system is designed with the EU AI Act in mind.

There is no lock-in. Models, data and records stay with the institution, export in open formats, and stay usable if QX ever disappears. We never need access to live systems: we build against a description of the setup and hand over a node the city’s own team installs.

QX Studio, our client app, is out in a first version, and the server side is in development. QX won the IV Open Call for Startups at CM Málaga 2026.
