ORCADEEP

ORCADEEP is a Tunis-based startup building ORCANET, an AI-powered SaaS platform for modelling and optimizing drinking-water and irrigation distribution networks. ORCANET combines hydraulic network modelling with machine learning to help water utilities detect leaks, reduce energy and water losses, and cut operating costs (early results show about 45% cost reduction in pilot scenarios). The product was built over roughly one year (around 255,000 lines of code) and launched in July 2026, with around 50 users to date. The founding team combines deep domain expertise (Dr. Issam Nouiri, professor of hydraulics, irrigation and water management at INAT Tunis, with about 30 years of experience designing, modelling and supervising water networks) with software engineering (Bilel Nouiri, CTO, and Seif Eddine Ben Amara). We are looking to connect with water utilities and innovation teams such as Aigues de Barcelona to explore pilots and partnership opportunities.
