About

Zayah is a Dutch digital twin company. We build intuitive 3D digital twins that bring data, calculations and scenarios together in one interactive model. Engineers, board members and residents can then simulate, monitor and decide on the same shared picture.

That shared picture is usually what’s missing. Grid congestion, industrial operations and urban plans involve complex decisions and scattered data, and everyone who has to decide looks at something different. Engineers read spreadsheets, managers read reports, and residents rarely get to see anything at all. Decisions stall, or they get made without the people they affect.

Operations Twin for factoreis & warehouses: your entire operation in one view
Industrial sites run on scattered systems: IoT sensors, MES, ERP, WMS, maintenance tools. Each holds part of the truth, but nobody sees the whole picture so decisions need entire teams

Our Operations Twin brings all that data together in one interactive 3D model of your site. Click a machine, a dock or a storage zone and see what is happening there, with every layer data in the exact place it belongs. Use that single source of truth to monitor operations, spot bottlenecks and test changes before you make them. We also couple all the other systems like HR, CRM's and finances to a local A.I chat, that's also connected to the digital twins.

Grid Congestion Twin: know at the table if it fits the grid
Grid congestion now decides whether new buildings and sites can go ahead. The answer is buried in spreadsheets that only engineers can read. So decisions stall, systems get oversized “to be safe”, and boards discover the real costs too late.

Our Grid Congestion Twin gives that answer live, during the meeting. Adjust the connection, solar, battery, heating or opening hours, and the 3D model immediately shows one clear verdict: fits, usually fits or doesn’t fit. Investment and operating costs are shown right next to it. It runs on the client’s own trusted calculation model, so engineers and decision-makers look at the same answer.

Participation Twin: let residents see the plan, not just read about it
Urban and energy plans affect people, but they are presented in documents few residents read. Our interactive, game-like 3D experiences let residents walk through a plan, see the impact of choices and give feedback on the spot. Participation becomes accessible, and municipalities get input they can actually use.

What we’re looking for in Barcelona
We want to meet industrial companies, grid operators, energy providers and municipalities who face a complex decision and need everyone on board. Let’s explore a pilot in which one shared picture turns a stalled decision into a clear one.
