CityFix

CityFix (cityfix.net) is a civic-tech platform that closes the loop between residents and their municipality.

Residents report public-space problems such as potholes, broken streetlights, overflowing bins, leaks or damaged benches with a photo in about ten seconds. Each report is routed by official boundaries to the right municipality and department. Staff manage reports from one web panel with deadlines by category, ready-made replies and an audit log. Field crews receive their tasks as one route and close jobs on site with a photo and location. Residents are notified at every step, from received to resolved.

Built-in AI suggests the category from the photo and description and gives managers a daily priority brief. Faces and licence plates are blurred on the phone before upload (privacy by design). A public map and feed let residents support existing issues instead of reporting them twice, and a municipality scorecard shows response times transparently.

The iOS app has been live on the App Store since October 2026, about 975 Turkish municipalities are preloaded with their boundaries, and the municipal panel and crew app are built. We are looking for city and utility partners in Europe for short, measurable pilots (for example 8 weeks in one or two neighbourhoods), and we can integrate with existing systems through standard APIs (Open311).
