Kolibree-Tech

Kolibree-Tech is an Italian technology company specialising in Geo-Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence. We develop XSensee, our proprietary platform for analysing multi-source remote sensing data and territorial data to support urban planning, environmental assessment and infrastructure management.

Our technology combines AI-based image analysis and proprietary super-resolution to produce mapped features and analytical indicators for selected applications. XSensee helps public authorities and asset operators examine their territory, enrich inventories and identify locations requiring closer assessment.

Applications relevant to the Open Innovation Challenge include:

• Urban intelligence: building footprints and territorial context for inventory and planning.

• Urban climate: surface heat patterns and vegetation information for climate adaptation.

• CertiCity: urban green coverage and soil sealing indicators for greening and land-use decisions.

• Infrastructure intelligence: corridor observations to support technical review and inspection planning.

• Solar asset mapping: candidate photovoltaic installations and their visible extent for inventory verification.

• Coastal assessment: historical water indicators, sea surface salinity and temperature for environmental review.

We work with municipalities, utilities, infrastructure operators and geospatial partners. At this event, we are seeking organisations with specific territorial challenges and partners interested in pilots, product integration and commercial deployment.
