Tailored Consulting GmbH is an independent IT and AI consultancy based in Ittigen (Bern), Switzerland, founded in 2016. We combine more than 15 years of experience leading large-scale IT programmes with a dedicated engineering team to deliver tailor-made software and AI solutions.

What we do

• AI agents and autonomous workflows: agentic automation of business processes such as accounts payable, logistics, supplier communication and ERP integration (SAP, Asseco, Comarch and others), built on local AI models.

• Voice agents and real-time communication: AI phone and voice assistants for customer service and appointment handling.

• Computer vision and image analysis: detection, inspection and document understanding (OCR) for industrial and operational use cases. Other.

Sovereign AI, hosted in Switzerland
We run dedicated AI models per client on our own GPU infrastructure in Switzerland instead of shared hyperscaler APIs. Client data stays in Switzerland, a jurisdiction recognised by the EU as providing adequate data protection. Our developers work with synthetic data rather than real client data wherever possible.

How we deliver
A Swiss front office handles architecture, project leadership and client relationships. It is backed by experienced engineering teams in Pakistan and Kosovo, which gives us senior expertise at competitive cost and coverage across time zones.
