Healthy Home Intelligence Ltd is building a connected-home environmental intelligence platform for healthier, more comfortable and more efficient homes.

HHI combines room-by-room sensors with outdoor weather, property context and intelligent analysis to turn raw readings into clear, practical guidance. It helps residents and property operators identify ventilation, humidity, condensation, mould-risk and indoor-air-quality issues early—before they become expensive or harmful.

The platform is designed to work as one connected ecosystem: HHI Standard and Pro sensors, a customer dashboard, subscriptions and reports, with future integration of smart heating controls, ventilation systems and dedicated in-home displays. This gives users one simple view of their home and, over time, the ability to act on insight through connected devices.

HHI is currently in live beta testing across residential homes, with a commercial launch programme focused on product hardening, user experience, connected-device integration and evidence-led validation. Our initial market is homeowners, with future applications for new-build developments, build-to-rent, landlords and property managers.
