Since 1987, urbidermis (Santa & Cole Group) has been committed to regenerating cities and creating human-centred public spaces through lighting, street furniture, microarchitecture and urban trees. We are a certified B Corp based in Barcelona, and work with cities, architects, planners and developers across Europe, America, Middle East and Asia.

Today, urbidermis combines design with digital innovation. Its urban elements integrate sensors, IoT connectivity and edge AI, turning everyday street furniture into intelligent, connected infrastructure that has been developed and validated in real urban environments.

This technology is brought together with Tibidabo, the group's data and technology company. Tibidabo provides software, infrastructure, data coordination and security, and runs a platform that integrates dynamic and static sensor data, databases, satellite layers and AI. It combines quantitative data from sensors with qualitative insight from citizen participation, so cities can make evidence-based decisions that improve people's lives, from heat island effect in public space to resilience, mobility and sustainability.
