Human-centered design as a competitive advantage in agri-food
Dir. of Operations at SCIENCE FOR CHANGE
Barcelona, Spain
About
Science for Change integrates human-centered design into agri-food R&D by facilitating structured engagement of all value chain actors — from researchers and companies to civil society and policymakers. As a neutral third party, we ensure innovations are socially accepted, market-ready, and aligned with EU sustainability requirements, reducing time-to-market and unlocking new funding opportunities
We apply the Quadruple Helix Model and Extreme Citizen Science to integrate all value chain actors — researchers, companies, governments and civil society — into agri-food R&D. We facilitate co-design, piloting, capacity building and policy translation, ensuring innovations are socially accepted, market-ready and aligned with EU sustainability requirements.
