Area: 1,000 ha (2,471 acres) Investment: €400M (Phase 1)
Aguaduna aims to enhance urban quality of life and preserve natural and cultural balance through innovation, technology, and connectivity. The development will feature housing, an innovation center, educational and vocational training facilities, and tourist attractions, all integrated with the region’s tropical environment. Only 14% of the land will be allocated for roads and buildings, with 86% reserved as permeable surfaces, including 37% protected areas. Aguaduna will promote sustainable transportation options managed by public software for shared mobility, alongside efficient energy systems powered by renewable sources and comprehensive water resource management.
