The Ga Central Municipal Assembly (GCMA), established in 2012 under Legislative Instrument 2135, is one of the fastest-growing municipalities in Ghana’s Greater Accra Region. Spanning approximately 49 square kilometers, GCMA is strategically positioned for urban expansion and economic collaboration. The Assembly is focused on building a modern, resilient city through smart infrastructure, clean energy, efficient governance, and private sector partnerships. With a vision to create diverse economic opportunities for all residents, GCMA actively promotes investment in housing, technology, waste management, education, and local enterprise development. Guided by values of integrity, innovation, and accountability, the Assembly welcomes global partners and investors interested in sustainable urban growth and inclusive development within Ghana’s dynamic capital region.
