POSS innovation

POSS is a Greek technology spin-off developing innovative functional foods and nutraceutical products through a collaboration between the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the University of Thessaly. It offers end-to-end Research & Development (R&D) and validation services for functional food innovation.

The team combines expertise in food chemistry and technology, food engineering, sports nutrition/ergophysiology, and the valorisation of agri-food by-products, covering the full validation pipeline. POSS supports food and beverage companies from concept and formulation to laboratory validation, quality and safety control, and the substantiation of evidence-based health and nutrition claims.
