The main objective of the Sturgeon Fish Producers' Organization's activities is to create conditions for mutual assistance, cooperation, and collaboration among its affiliated producers, particularly in the areas of financial issues, sales market problems, ownership transformations, and obtaining quality certificates. The Organization supports its members in conducting business activities, especially in adapting products to market needs and requirements through training and consulting, establishing binding, uniform production standards (norms) and a quality management system, as well as actions aimed at market stabilization. This includes targeted efforts in the HoReCa sector (hotels, restaurants, and catering), where sturgeon products—such as premium caviar and fillets—are increasingly sought after for high-end menus, events, and luxury hospitality offerings, helping producers access stable B2B channels and premium pricing.

The Organization's general activities aim, among others, to: implement principles of rational fish farming, improve fish sales conditions, enhance fish and stocking material distribution, forecast production, adjust supply to demand in terms of quality and quantity, establish common product sales rules, stabilize prices, set withdrawal prices, improve production profitability, assist members in modernizing equipment and conducting business activities, represent interests, and develop mutual assistance and cooperation among the Organization's members.

The Sturgeon Fish Producers' Organization, by decision of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development No. RYBrr-psk-9831(Jesiotr)-1/10 dated 03.08.2010, has been entered into the register of recognized fish producers' organizations.
