About

High-priority partnerships include food and beverage manufacturers, particularly dairy companies, juice and fruit processors, olive oil processors, meat and seafood industries, and plant-based product producers. These sectors represent significant opportunities for side-stream valorization and functional ingredient development, where POSS can deliver measurable technical, nutritional, and commercial value through its R&D and validation expertise.
In parallel, POSS is strongly interested in collaborating with agri-food cooperatives and primary processors, including olive cooperatives, wineries (with emphasis on grape pomace valorization), fruit processing units, and aquaculture operators. These partnerships enable early access to high-quality raw materials and support the creation of circular, sustainable value chains from primary production to finished functional foods.
