We the HÜBRIS BREWERY think that brewing science can be elevated to the highest level even on an industrial scale. Our goal is to change the misconception about what good beer is and to awaken a mass demand for consuming quality beer. Good beer should be for everyone! Our core values are purity, simplicity, humor, and style—a craft-quality everyday beer.

We are open to cooperation either through the sale of our own beers or through the development of a joint/collaborative beer. Please note that we also have soft drinks, and from April 2026 we will have non-alcoholic products as well.

Premium Beers
Pilsner: Characteristic, slightly bitter lager, straw yellow color, milky white head.
Lager: A bottom-fermented American pale lager beer. light, slightly citrusy, with a lower alcohol percentage, a soft drinking lager.
IPA: Cold IPA strikes the perfect balance between hoppy bitterness and a fresh, clean finish. The generous amount of hops added during brewing adds bright citrus notes, tropical fruit flavors, and a subtle pine aroma.
Weisse: The base of the beer is a sour beer, a Berliner Weisse, in which they add a large dose of raspberry pulp.
Pale ale: Light, ashy ale. The beer’s flavor is given by the harmonious combination of malt and hops, which results in a balanced, bitter flavor. The hop aroma in the beer gives the beer freshness and citrus notes.
Rudler: A refreshing blend of light beer and real fruit lemonade. Is a refreshing, fruity-flavored beer that attracts attention thanks to the bright flavors of lemon juice and grapefruit and its low alcohol content.
Cherry Beer: Sour cherry kraft beer, a real flavor bomb, is the result of quality ingredients and careful processing. The beer contains 10% real sour cherry, which gives it a fresh, fruity taste.
Wit Beer: Wit beer is a light, spicy wheat beer, made from wheat malt, hops, and lots of spices.
Coriander, Thai lemongrass, green cardamom, and kumquat lend the beer a unique flavor.
