Cuvée Révérence

The “Révérence” cuvée honours Didier LANGRY, the founder of Domaine Champagne Didier LANGRY. Didier bowed out in July 2024, leaving the estate to his children. Pauline and Mathieu decided to thank him for passing on his passion and expertise, and to pay homage to him with this new cuvée.

Tasting

Beautiful clear robe and very fine bubbles.
The nose is delicate, marked by notes of white flowers, candied lemon and yellow-fleshed fruits
On the palate the result is lively, carried by a lovely mineral tension The texture is silky, balanced between freshness, finesse and complexity, with a long, elegant finish.

Food and wine pairings

As an aperitif or for accompanying your meals, this Blanc de Blancs Champagne can be paired with fish like sea bass, salmon, John Dory, or even a scallop carpaccio, and desserts such as a Norwegian omelette, blueberry tart or even a galette des rois.
