With over twenty years of experience in the foodservice sector, this has led to my current role as Director Of Business Development within the largest foodservice company in the world. Sysco has entrusted me to expand its supply base of imported products from Europe, the Middle East, South America, Canada and Africa. Leaning on my skills in Warehouse Operations, Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Foodservice helps me to increase import options across Sysco product portfolio while building stronger supplier relationships by going directly to the source.

I hold a First Class Honours in Supply Chain Management from the University of Limerick.
