FD foods are super light-weight, retain over 96% of their nutrients, have a 20+ year shelf-life in easy storing conditions, and therefore offer an ideal solution for long-term food preservation, and a secondary revenue stream for farmers and food producers. By reducing the cost and energy consumption of current FD food processes, InfinityFresh seeks to help combat hunger, reduce food waste, and lower carbon footprints.
