MARESCO LTD, headquartered in Athens and active since 1984, specializes in providing high-quality services in the field of marine research and underwater applications, as well as in the supply of advanced technological equipment for the study and mapping of the marine environment. The company is engaged in the development and manufacturing of autonomous and remotely operated underwater vehicles (UUVs, ROVs, AUVs), advanced sensors, subsea systems, and specialized software for the collection, analysis, and utilization of environmental data.

Its expertise includes the design and construction of underwater systems capable of withstanding depths of up to 6,000 meters, the selection and use of suitable materials, engineering design through finite element analysis (FEM), computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and the development of underwater defence applications such as Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and mine countermeasures.

MARESCO LTD actively participates in European and national research programs (EDF, HORIZON 2020), including the PASITHEA project for the development of a hybrid unmanned underwater-aerial vehicle and newly approved projects PLEIADES and AQUILA, focusing on hybrid unmanned systems, underwater swarms, and advanced launch and recovery solutions in demanding sea states.
