At its core is Liquio, an AI-powered low‑code (BPMN‑based) PaaS platform designed to accelerate public service delivery. Liquio enables governments and municipalities to launch complex services—such as business registration, social benefits, digital identity, residency, construction permits, and e‑Baby workflows—within weeks instead of months.

In June 2025, Liquio was officially listed in the international GovStack catalog, a recognition of its compliance with global quality, security, and interoperability standards—opening doors for wider adoption beyond Ukraine .

• AI‑Builder mode: processes a business analyst’s specification and auto‑generates workflows, forms, and logic.

• Copilot mode: provides real‑time coding guidance.

• AI Assistant: embedded support for developers via chat, documentation access, and prior case history—shrinking service development cycles from 6–12 months to just ~6 weeks

Kitsoft maintains strong integration capabilities (100+ external systems via microservices), supports full lifecycle public services from web portal to mobile app, analytics dashboards, and service center interfaces. Its solutions support inclusive design, accessibility, and multilingual delivery.

The team of roughly 90–150 professionals (including low‑code developers, DevOps, QA, business analysts) operates from Kyiv with growing presence in Brussels, targeting EU projects and collaboration.
