About
The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) is the highest-level legal entity representing the Turkish private sector. Established in 1952, TOBB is a confederation of 367 local chambers of commerce, industry, commerce and industry, and commodity exchanges across the country. As a key institution bridging the public and private sectors, TOBB plays a central role in promoting economic development, improving the business environment, and supporting entrepreneurship in Türkiye.
TOBB engages in a wide range of activities, including policy advocacy, international trade facilitation, digital and green transformation of SMEs, vocational education and training, and coordination of licensed warehousing and arbitration systems. The organization represents Turkish businesses in various national and international platforms, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Eurochambres, and the World Chambers Federation.
By bringing together businesses of all sizes and sectors, TOBB acts as a unified voice of the Turkish business community and actively contributes to shaping the country’s economic and industrial policies.
