Looking for Team Members

I am building an early-stage sustainable coffee concept in Copenhagen focused on reusable cups, eco-friendly materials, and a conscious vegetarian/vegan-friendly menu.
To develop the project I am looking for skilled and motivated people to join as team members or collaborators.
✅ Head Barista / Coffee Lead – to select coffee, develop recipes, set up QC
✅ Baker / Pastry Partner – to develop a simple, high-quality vegetarian/vegan pastry menu
✅ Future Baristas – for the later stage once the café opens
